At Incycle Bicycles, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 30-day return window for most products purchased from our website. Please review the full terms and conditions below.
We understand that in this industry, every detail of your gear matters. Our team is here to help!
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused and in the same condition as they are sold.
- All original packaging, clothing tags, manuals, accessories, and documentation must be included.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order number) is required.
- Final Sale items are not eligible for returns

Pack and Ship Your Item
- Carefully package your item to prevent damage during transit. Include all original components and accessories. -
Shipment
- We will receive the shipment at our fulfillment center and begin processing your return within our allotted timeframe of a 10-15 day window.
Refunds
- Once your item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 7–15 business days.
- Refunds may take additional time to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, our system is only able to process returns. For any size swap, color change, or exchange request, please place a new order for the item you’d like instead. Once your new order is placed, simply begin the return process for the item you no longer want.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Health & personal care products (e.g., chamois cream, sunscreen)
- Bikes with modifications such as: Ridewraps, upgraded or downgraded wheel sets, non-oem parts, etc.
- Food or nutritional items
- Items involved in crashes or misuse are not eligible.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact our support team within 30 days of purchase at support@incycle.com with your order number and photo evidence. We’ll assist you the next steps to ensure a positive experience
Manufacturer Restrictions/Warranty
Some items are subject to return restrictions by the manufacturer. These may require contacting the manufacturer directly for warranty support. Our customer service team is equipped to handle these inquiries and will assist in your next steps! Please provide as much detail as possible which can include proof of purchase, item SKU, item serial number, product information such as defect, functionality, or QC error.
