We utilize trusted shipping carriers to ensure your orders are delivered safely and efficiently. The available shipping methods may vary depending on the delivery address, product type, and other factors. During the checkout process, you will be presented with the available shipping options and their respective delivery timeframes.
We also offer in-store pickup and free local delivery for order values of $1500.00 or more.
A signature by an adult is required for items over $500.
Free Shipping (excluding bikes)
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $49.99, except for select bikes. This offer is available for deliveries within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, any US Territories, or Internationally. Please note that certain products or promotional offers may be excluded from this free shipping policy. Any exclusions will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
Shipping for orders less than $49.99 is $10.99. Estimated taxes will be applied at checkout.
Bike Shipping
All bike orders will be subject to a flat shipping fee of $75. Kids/Youth bikes are subject to a flat shipping fee of $25. Framesets are subject to a flat shipping fee of $30. This fee applies regardless of the order total or shipping location. Please be aware that certain exclusions may apply for specific bike models or promotions. Such exclusions will be clearly communicated on the product page or during the checkout process.
Order Processing Time
We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Typically, orders are processed within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. However, please note that bike orders require additional time for preparation and packaging. Due to the careful handling required for bikes, the order processing time for bikes may be slightly longer, usually within 3-5 business days. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we ensure that your bike is packaged securely for safe transportation.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number and a link to track the progress of your shipment. You can use this information to stay updated on the delivery status of your order. Please note that tracking information may take some time to become available after the order is shipped.
Shipping Restrictions
Certain products may have shipping restrictions due to their size, weight, or other factors.
If your order contains any restricted items, we will notify you during the checkout process or via email. In such cases, alternative shipping options may be available, or we may need to cancel or modify your order. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in complying with any shipping restrictions. Items like batteries, car racks and other items may be subject to ground shipping only.
International Shipping
At this time, we only offer shipping within the contiguous United States. We do not provide international shipping options. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for any delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges incurred due to incorrect or incomplete address information. If you need to make changes to your shipping address after placing the order, please contact our customer support as soon as possible.

All orders are automatically covered by shipping insurance to protect against loss, theft, or damage during transit. If you encounter any issues with your shipment, please contact our customer support, and we will assist you in resolving the matter promptly.
